Caterpillar 3306 PC mine spec engine complete fan to flywheel
Engine type 3306 PC - Engine no. 66D50214 - Arrangement no. 7N3387
Complete with starter motor, air compressor, water cooled exhaust manifold, air to water intercooler
I started this engine in the workshop using the air starter motor
Air starter can easily be removed and converted to 12 or 24 volt electric start
3306 PC means pre combustion as in indirect injection.
Also this engine is the spacer plate type - Has a spacer plate between the head and the block
Engine has been ran on the floor and can bee seen running with an oil pressure gauge attached
The engine was some sort of power pack judging by the drive set up on the flywheel, probably a generator
Engine runs very clean with excellent oil pressure
