Maricat 4.3 mark 2 for sale. "Cat-CH-ME" sail number 2941. In excellent condition, ready to sail. Great boat to start sailing or compete in club races. Can be sailed one up or with crew. Great benefit of this size of boat is that you can rig in around 30 minutes by yourself. Full super sloop rig including trapeze wires (complete with reasonable condition main and jib sails). Majority of rigging including dolphin striker replaced in last year or two. Hulls are sound and in very good condition. Newer style mark 2 integrated traveller and rear beam. Rudder anchorage points are solid and sound. This season have polished the hulls. Re-enforced chain plates and bows for forestay take offs. Resealed tramp track (reset rivets). Gel coated bottom of hulls.
Boat always stored under cover (tarp) trampoline in good condition. Also included is "tracer" boat trailer rego "Y61098" registered till 17/9/2013. Trailer is in great condition, has been totally rewired, everything from car plug (square 7 pin) complete wiring harness and new LED lighting including clearance lights. Trailer has also had wheel bearings replaced with genuine SKF bearings and seals not cheap alternatives. This catamaran has been sailing at Port Kembla Sailing Club Lake Illawarra since Feb 2011. I was well into refurbishment of this boat when I saw an offer too good to refuse and ended up with another boat. The missus said "the old boat has got to go"! regretful sale asking $1,700 ONO.
